Christopher lives and works in the beachside community of La in Accra, Ghana, where his inspirational paintings reflecting life, music, dance and work are much in demand. Early in his adult life Christopher abandoned his ambition to be a professional footballer to study art at the Ghanatta College of Art and then the Ankle College of Art. Over the years he has evolved a distinctive style which uses vigorous brushwork to put aggressive muscles on fishermen In , to raise interest in the tourism potential of the little-known Kwahu area, Friends of Tafo commissioned Christopher to execute a suite of paintings reflecting its dramatic scenery, traditional ceremonies and way of life as a farming community.

Mel lives works and teaches Art in Worcestershire. Here is exciting news of an art exhibition about Ghana! These pictures are creations of beauty and significance, and we can think of many a big wall in homes, offices and hotels where a luminous Ghanaian landscape would attract great interest!

Higher up the education ladder, the Needy Pupils fund also helps young people at Junior High and Senior High school levels, again scrupulously administered and paid to the schools in agreement with parents who are still expected to provide their share. Our total bill this year was about £5,, and the need for it was part of the focus of our comedy gala Strictly Come Laughing 4, at which this video was shown.
