Located in chandigarh, just 15 minutes drive from railway station. A good choice for travellers who have to stay for a night or two. Rooms are spacious and clean. Ample space for parking and near to elante mall which is in walking distance. Rooms are small. Parking limited. Yet very nice hospitality. Staff good. Breakfast though not very elaborate still very tasty and fresh. Hotel in an industrial zone. Best thing is there is elante mall within 50 m walking distance.

Finish your work in morning and visit mall in evening for shopping or for food. Biggest mall. There is also pool for kids in hotelm Overall hotel stay nice and if needed will stay again whenever in Chandigarh. It was a nice experience to stay at Lemon Tree. But I was surprised to see a broken dustbin in the toilet a poor housekeeping. The staff was very polite and hospitable. Thd food was also good. Beautiful, clean hotel next to the Elante Mall. Very well designed rooms. Super air-conditioning at all places.

Nice, rooftop swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is really a good spread. Can't say the same for lunch and dinner. Overall a perfect place for both business and leisure stays.

Great ambience and staff. They have a great lemon theme going for them and its really pleasant. There's a mall nearby for some daily needs. The restaurant is great but a bit pricey. Ambience is Good. You can smell Lime fragrance when you enter the hotel.

Reception is at First Floor. And that's the only smoke free area. Rest the rooms smells like someone had a smoke and it's trapped inside. Overall it was good stay. Location is behind elante mall and in the industrial area.

Work locations are accessible. Rooms are great in terms of the arrangements. Bar service is just okay type. There is a delay in billing process and doesn't understand your requirements properly.

It is a smaller area and has a pool table around it which occupies most of the space. The dining service is poor as the staff service is very poor and items are limited.

Very unimpressive of a Lemon tree group hotels. Running on bare minimum. It appears as If it was a corporate requirement to have a hotel and they completed it.

There is no valet to park the car and the entrance is very very unimpressive. Food is just about average. I wouldn't recommend it value for money , Chandigarh has no derth of hotels. I didn't have a great stay here but the sleep quality was great. The reasons as to why I didn't enjoy the stay much is because of the following reasons The weird smell at the reception 2.

The sorry state of the meals at dinner. We had a pre paid dinner and the potions of the grilled fish is super small. I had ordered a bacon sandwich and after 40 minutes of waiting it didn't come. So asked the staff to send it to my room but it never did arrive. I had to go to bed still hungry. My bathroom flush did not work. The reception when informed about this did absolutely nothing. They do have a 24 hr gym in a small room and a small pool on the top of the hotel.

I would prefer to stay elsewhere. I have stayed here in the past. Nice spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms and showers. Lighting is usually dim. WiFi if working is slow. Food is plentiful. Good but nothing outstanding. Staff is excellent. I find that common in India and it hurts to see such treatment.

Staff is often treated like bonded labour with no dignity. Surprisingly staff takes it politely. This time I had bad experience. Hotel was full with some conference. We had advance booking for 4 rooms with 2 adults each room. They gave us one room with tiny bed good enough for one person and charged full rate for double ocvupancy. Extremely unpleased.

Usually you will get it. Good hotel, rooms overlooking the mountains. Very close to Elante Mall and 15 minutes drive to Sukhna Lake. This would always be the first preference. I am visiting this property after a very long time almost after 3 years. In between Elante Mall came up which made this property very lucrative.

What I like about this property is the rooms are really nice, well maintained and outside view is very good. Since it's the Lemon Tree, rooms, corridors and almost all the places carry the lemon fragnance. I must mention the gym and swimming pool both are very good, well maintained and well kept. Food has always been tasty, delicious and with lots of variety. You should not miss the buffet breakfast. Totally justifies the 4 star facilities.
